Easter lunch

At theo randall at the intercontinental. Second time and always great. Burrata, finocchiona, prosciutto , salame , potato and squid salad, farro salad and carne salada.

And lamb with fennels and Roasted potatoes and faraona for paolo and a fontina souffle for me with spinach.

Sweets to share. Paolo had the whole panna cotta .
